No. Every package is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you'll never be charged again unless you buy another package.
How long do report credits last?
Credits in the 3-report and Dealer packs can be used any time within 12 months of purchase, and each report you run stays available for 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers — we never store your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credits are refundable within 30 days, and a used report is refunded if it contained no history records or failed to deliver. See the refund policy.
